We’re so grateful for your interest in serving at Redemption Church. Below are several of the ministries where we are currently looking for more people to minister. Redemption Kids

Redemption Kids is an exciting ministry with lots of children! Our goal is to partner with families by pointing children to the gospel, equipping parents to disciple their children at home, and supporting them as they live out God’s mission together.

We welcome your support and would love for you to join our team of volunteers!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Our team disciples children from infants to Grade 6 during the Sunday worship services. Our volunteers:
* pray together as a team before the service and discuss logistics
* set up and tear down for Sunday classes
* teach and engage with children on Sundays and connect with parents

SERVING OPPORTUNITIES

Check-In: greets new families with a warm smile and ensures that new and existing families feel welcomed, valued and safe.

Teacher: teaches the weekly Bible story and facilitates activities and crafts. Provides leadership to helpers in their group.

Helper: assists the Teacher by interacting with the children with enthusiasm and helping to facilitate the group by engaging children and redirecting attention, as needed.

Service Coordinator: assists the Teachers and Helpers by ensuring their classes are properly staffed, and that the service runs smoothly. They are the “go to” person during the service and communicate directly with the Kids Director as needed.

Craft Prep Volunteer: for those unable to volunteer on Sundays and who have a love for all things “craft”! Helps to prepare (cutting, gluing, folding etc) crafts throughout the year.

Redemption Youth

We believe that students grow and mature in their walk with Christ as their minds and hearts become increasingly saturated with the gospel of Jesus Christ. For those in grades 7-12, this is a great way to learn and explore God’s Word.
